• Amherst Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:30 P.M.
• Belchertown Thursdays, 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.
• North Adams Thursdays, 5:00 - 7:00 P.M.
• Springfield Saturdays, 9:00 - 11:00 A.M.

Group sessions..............Sliding scale ($20-45)
